Center-right party founded and led by Oscar Morales Lemus. An undisclosed personal vendetta directed against Lemus by clerks at El Salvador's Election Commission (TSE) delayed the party's registration for 13 years until 1998. A decade later, after middling success at the ballot box, the TSE arbitrarily decided to close the party (it would appear, maliciously) on July 25, 2018. Party was able to reinstate itself through lawsuit and has since sought seriously to enter the political world, including holding internal presidential primary elections on March 3, 2023 [Fraternidad Patriota Salvadoreña (FPS)].
