| Description | Rep. Anthony Weiner, sitting down for a set of television interviews Wednesday to answer questions about a lewd photo sent from his Twitter account to a college student, flatly denied sending the image. But he could not say "with certitude" whether the photo, which depicted a man's bulging underwear, was in fact an image of him.
"You know, I can't say with certitude. My system was hacked. Pictures can be manipulated. Pictures can be dropped in and inserted," Weiner said.
The New York Democrat, who is known for his combative style in interviews and on the House floor, granted a series of television interviews after getting testy with reporters late Tuesday. |
