| Description | "Since the beginning of this campaign, the NDP candidate in Terrebonne-Blainville, Charmaine Borg, was not found.
Since the announcement of elections, the team Hyphen has tried repeatedly to reach the young woman, without success.
We first contacted the office of NDP Canada, where nobody has been able to formally identify the candidate and give us the information requested. We then joined Cedric Williams, press secretary of the NDP Quebec. After a few calls from us, it tells us that Ms. Borg "is on the ground and, having no cell, it can not be contacted."
Today, just days before elections, we continue our search and try again to connect with Charmaine Borg, to get his impressions of the campaign. Several calls are made to the office of Mr. Williams, where we are assured a return call and sending an email containing the necessary information. Unfortunately, none of these approaches has been completed.
Following this setback, we join Janice Cossette, director of elections in Terrebonne-Blainville. This tells us he never saw the candidate during the campaign. She stresses, however, having spoken with him via his official witness, Raoul Gebert." |
