DescriptionWearing a sweater and jeans on a cold January afternoon, Vincent Morgan cracked a wry smile in the small Harlem office that houses his upstart Congressional campaign.

"Do I look like a Ford?" he asked.

He does -- tall and slender, green eyes, close-cropped black hair and freckles across the face.

And for good reason: Morgan is a Ford. He's the son former state Sen. John Ford abandoned in Chicago 40 years ago.

Morgan, Harold Ford Jr.'s cousin, is trying to unseat U.S. Rep. Charles B. Rangel in the Democratic primary.
