| Description | NOVI, Mich. (AP) - Police say they caught a married county official having sex with another woman on the sidewalk in the Detroit suburb of Novi.
Republican Commissioner Kim Capello was arraigned Tuesday on an indecent exposure charge, which carries up to 93 days in jail. He returns to court June 3. Police Deputy Chief Tom Lindberg says the woman should be arraigned soon.
Police tell the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News the incident happened about 2 a.m. April 18. |
