Description | Florida Sen. Steve Oelrich, R-Cross Creek, hopes that a bill he introduced to the state Senate Tuesday will make it harder for motorists to speed on Florida's roads.
Senate bill 2228 aims to make using a radar detector a secondary noncriminal traffic infraction — which means if a motorist is pulled over for another offense and is found to be using a radar detector, he could be ticketed. |
