Description | (CHATHAM, MAY 5) – Conservative Republican Jay Webber, fighting liberal Bob Martin for the 26th District State Senate seat in the June 3 primary election, today filed his 29-Day Report with the Election Law Enforcement Commission, and issued the following statement:
“Today, as required by law, we filed our 29-Day Report with the Election Law Enforcement Commission. I am pleased to announce that we raised $91,659, and only spent $9,459, leaving us with a cash-on-hand balance of $82,200 as we enter the final four weeks of the campaign. In other words, we will have plenty of money to communicate our very simple message to the voters of the 26th District – to wit, that Bob Martin has been too liberal for too long, and that it’s time for conservative leadership, for a change. |
