Description | Abitibi-Est is a riding in northwest Quebec. It contains the following municipalities: Barraute, Belcourt, Malartic, Rivière-Héva, Senneterre and Val-d Or. It also comprises part of the Ville de Rouyn-Noranda corresponding to the Ville de Cadillac and to the unorganized territories of Lac-Montanier, Lac-Surimau and Rapide-des-Cèdres, the First Nation settlements and reserves of Kitcisakik, Lac-Simon, the localities and hamlets of Beattyville, Colonie-Fournière, Rapide-Deux and Rapide-Sept; the following unorganized territories: Lac-Fouillac, Lac Granet, Lac-Metei, Matchi-Manitou and Réservoir-Dozois as well as part of the unorganized territory of Lac-Despinassy composed of the townships of Bartouille (part), Ducros (part) and Laas (part).
