InfoMolonai is a Manager
Owner and President of Icon Consulting Group, a defense contracting company, Hola has spent his career negotiating with governmentbut from a business perspective. Leadership skills have been honed with a business degree from the University of Utah, an MBA degree from Arizona State, a Master of International Management (MIM) degree from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, and in the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at the Harvard School of Business.

Molonai is a Mediator
Community success is rarely the result of taking sides. And while taking sides may feel natural to a professional attorney, its the ability to research an issue and negotiatenot mandatethat leads to a shared solution. Molonai Hola has been mediating win-win outcomes and on-going relationships for his entire career. Whether working with government committees, private companies, employees, or public groups, Molonai is respected for his ability to find mutually appealing solutions.

Molonai is like Me
Born in Tonga, Molonai was raised in one of Salt Lakes west side neighborhoods. He attended Granite High School where as Student Body President he got his first glimpse of life as an elected official. Overcoming challenges of finance and stereotypes, Molonai went on to attend the University of Utah on a football scholarship. He served there as president of the LDSSA and then as Student Body President of the University. Like you, he isnt a professional politician. Hes got family on the west side, friends on the east side, business interests downtown. And he too, wants them to be heard.
