Joe retired from General Motors and he and his wife are now small business owners. Joe was previously a trustee and clerk in Argentine Township and joined the County Board of Commissioners on January 01, 2011.

As a first termer, Joe’s focus is to make county government accountable to the residents and to provide sufficient county services at affordable costs. Joe believes this can best be accomplished by eliminating duplication, consolidation efforts and reducing/eliminating discretionary spending where possible.
