| Info | Stella Ambler is a 27-year resident of Brampton and mother of 2 children.
The daughter of Livio and Louise Ciccolini who came to Canada from Italy in the 1950’s, Stella attended high school in Brampton at St. Thomas Aquinas and earned a degree in psychology from the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College) in 1989.
Upon graduation, Stella worked at ScotiaMcLeod as a Brokerage Assistant then switched gears to work in politics at Queen’s Park (Outreach Department), then as an organizer for the Ontario PC Party. She has also managed four election campaigns in Brampton for conservative candidates.
Stella volunteers at her children’s school, St. Marguerite D’Youville parish and as a fundraiser for various causes including The Hospital for Sick Children.
For three years (2002-2005) she served as a public member of the Council for the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the body that regulates the physiotherapy profession in Ontario.
She and her husband Richard own and operate an insurance brokerage
