KENDERDINE, HENRY S. JR. (2nd District), born May 18, 1946, in Lancaster, son of Henry S. and Bonnie Jean Smith Kenderdine.
Judge Henry S. Kenderdine, Jr. became a member of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in January, 1992. He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in 1946. The Elizabethtown native and his wife have two daughters.
After graduating from Dickinson College in 1968 and Dickinson School of Law in 1971, he served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant with the Military Police Corps until 1973, when he returned to Lancaster to commence civil law practice.
He was First Assistant District Attorney from 1981 to 1983, then served as District Attorney of Lancaster County from 1984 through 1991. In addition to his private practice, he served as an arbitration chairman for the local court. Judge Kenderdine continues his involvement with non-profit arts organizations.
