This one should be interesting. As of now, the likeliest move by Texas Republicans is to turn TX15 and 34 into Republican-leaning seats and to make TX28 a democratic vote sink in the RGV for Cuellar. I wonder if Cisneros running again increases the chances republicans try and ax all three democratic seats in the valley. TX28 is the o my RGV seat at the moment with no prominent republican candidate, unless Tony Gonzales gets drawn with Laredo.
