Exit polls give it to the HDZ - up to 60 seats + an expected three more from the Croatian diaspora [Link] That won't be enough to form a government, unless the HDZ tucks in its tail and bids welcome to the Homeland Movement, which is expected to take 13 seats and third place. Second place finisher SDP could have a go at it, but it would have to cluster together every other party that picked up seats, a Herculean endeavor. Months of negotiation assured.
