If you recall, the seat of Poplar and Limehouse was on George Galloway's radar screen for a potential by-election in the event of a conviction. Following the acquittal, looks like it is off the board for Mr. Galloway.

I wonder what a by-election would have been like, with Galloway and Labour running against each other since the Tories are non-existant.
