Brazilian Supreme Court currently voting on whether to grant Lula's habeas corpus petition that would allow him to stay out of prison (and run for President this fall) while exhausting his appeals of corruption convictions.
Key swing vote Rosa Weber this evening voted against granting his petition, so it looks like Lula may be going to prison soon and would be ineligible to run for the President this fall.
