Ohio and West Virginia having their state executive elections in different years did help make sure that both Brown brothers weren't buying ads at the same time in the TV markets that aired in Ohio and WV.
Now, one way old Ohio county election results will be online and I'll check to see if Sherrod's numbers dropped harder in the OH/WV overlap in 1990 after his brother resigned in disgrace in WV.
