| Info | Nicos Anastasiades (Greek: Νίκος Αναστασιάδης Nikos Anastasiadis; born 27 September 1946) is a Greek Cypriot politician who is the leader of the right-wing political party DISY (the Democratic Rally) and the president of the Republic of Cyprus.
In the parliamentary elections on 22 May 2011, the Democratic Rally won 20 seats, which was more than any other party but not a majority of the 56-member House of Representatives. He was an official candidate for the 2013 presidential election. In the presidential elections on 24 February 2013, Nicos Anastasiades won with 57.48% of the votes.
