Nope, it's still wrong. Russia WANTS to be our number one geopolitical foe, but they're maybe number two, giving them the benefit of the doubt. And even that may be a stretch.
Russia is a decaying empire desperately reaching for its past glories. They have about the same GDP as Italy, which isn't exactly known to be an economic powerhouse itself. They can't project power globally and their military is rapidly decaying. The best they can do it try for regional hegemony, which is what they are doing. Of course their region is also limited to what used to be in the former USSR.
This certainly doesn't put them on a level with China.
Chris Cilizza continues to be a putz confusing recency with relevancy.
Oz v Fetterman poll has a 2 point lead for Fetterman.
And to get to the general, you kinda have to win the PRIMARY. And a guy who consistently polls 20 points behind Fetterman and 10 behind Undecided is clearly not the "winner" u seem to think he is
Wow! I hadn't heard. TW was a superb student of elections. He was also working on a biography of Alton Parker, the only major party nominee for US President without an official biography. His taste in candidates was a little eclectic, meaning that he had avenues for working with people across the entire spectrum. I will miss him a lot.
Fetterman is the tough guy that Republican voters think that they are voting for when they send dweebs like Tucker Carlson to Congress. If ever a Democrat could get bipartisan support in this decade it would be someone like him.
