Aircraft Fuel Tax Increase Nonbinding Question

The legislature increased, without a vote of the people, the tax on aircraft fuel from 11 cents to 18 cents per gallon, costing $14 million in its first ten years, for government spending.

This tax increase should be:

A "maintain" vote would advise the legislature to maintain a tax increase on aircraft fuel from 11 cents to 18 cents per gallon, generating an estimated $14 million in the first ten years, as passed in Senate Bill 5974 of 2022.
