Its a very surprising result given the leaked Roe v Wade decision, the money Cisneros was raising, and her perceived momentum.

But in the end, maybe a majority of the district just likes their Congressman a little more than those who would want to replace him.

Fair assumption. It's slightly bluer than Kurt Shader's district and voters dumped him. I really wonder what Cisneros has on the voters here haha.

I mean, the map is very regionally polarized. It could just be a regional thing.
