Description |
The 38th district used to be one of the most competitive districts in New Jersey, today democrats are increasing their advantage in the district.
Incumbent Joe Lagana, who benefited from the 2018 blue wave, is seeking his first full term. Republicans recruited Richard Garcia who is the CFO of the Newark Board of Education Employees Credit Union.
While republicans are hoping for an upset it seems more than certain Lagana will hold on to his seat regardless of who is elected Governor.
