Description |
Incumbent Anthony Bucco won a special election in 2020 by a surprisingly convincing margin. Bucco now faces Morristown Committeeman Jeff Grayzel in his third campaign in a row.
As the district shifts from staunch republican territory to battleground status, Bucco seems to have figured out the math to win. He will still have to work hard to win a full term.
A Grayzel victory isn't out of the realm of possibility, with the right message to suburban voters he can convince them to vote out Bucco whose father held this seat for nearly two decades.
