| Description |
The adoption of this amendment eliminates a maximum on the amount of revenues rebated from school districts with assessed valuations exceeding statewide averages.
Amendment failed per Wyoming law:
"In order to pass, a constitutional amendment must receive a majority of the total votes cast in the election. The total votes cast was 245,789. Therefore, based on the number of total votes cast, the majority needed is 122,896."
