Description |
It would establish that individuals, including undocumented immigrants, are eligible to pay in-state tuition rates at Maryland community colleges so long as certain conditions are met, including graduation from a Maryland high school, filing of income taxes, intention to apply for permanent residency and, if required, registration for selective service. Such students would also be eligible for in-state tuition at a four-year college or university after completing 60 credit hours or graduating from a Maryland community college.
