Description There is a total of 38 State Central Committeeman and woman in Illinois, two elected from each of Illinois' 19 Districts. Each committeeperson casts a weighted amount of votes that was cast within there district in the last primary election. The votes can be cast 100% for one candidate or split up amongst several candidates based on how the committeeperson votes.
