Description On an historic footnote to this race. Independent candidate Frank Infante [Link] is on the ballot twice. This is the first time that this has happened in Delaware. He is on the ballot as the nominee for the Independent Party of Delaware (filed 8-16-04) [Link] and as the nominee for the Libertarian Party of Delaware (filed 8-13-04) [Link]
