| Description |
"The Other Russia" organization held primary conventions in 57 regions of the Russian Federation in order to begin to determine an opposition candidate for president. Several of the candidates have formally announced a campaign while others listed are not currently running and in some cases are not affiliated with the Other Russia organization. These results are meant to elect delegates to a national convention in Moscow on September 30, where an official candidate will be chosen.
Kasparov won the most delegates in 22 regions, Kasyanov in 21, Gerashchenko in 6, Gulyaev in 1, Ryzhkov in 1, and Vinogradov in 1.
