Grimes was nominated at the Democratic state convention on 6/7/1912 by acclamation.
Socialist Nomination
Weatherly was nominated at the Socialist state convention on 7/4/1912.
Progressive and Republican Nominations
The Progressive and Republican state conventions met concurrently on 9/5/1912. An attempt to produce a partial fusion slate failed. The Progressives nominated Senter, and the Republicans nominated Andrews.
