Description
Compared to other caucuses, this is the most mysterious caucus on OC. No one knows exactly how many members there are or how the caucus functions. Only known to the public is their weird ways of doing things and their strange tendency to favor herdsmen when voting.

The caucus founder was a genius before his time not accepted by his peers in the OC Progressive Caucus (Non-Reformed). After being excommunicated for being too progressive, The OC Progressive Caucus (Reformed) was formed to be a voice for the unheard masses.

Membership is not release to the public. Those wishing to join should somehow contact the founder using communication methods other than that of Our Campaigns. Those using the discussion board will not be accepted into the caucus.

Members (other than the founder) must adhere to a strict set of rules. Some include:

Members are not allowed to make a public endorsement for a particular candidate at the OC Progressive Caucus (Reformed) forum. Although they are aloud to endorse members on other parts of Our Campaigns, members must refrain from endorsing or expressing whom they plan on voting for in this section of the site.

Members are not allowed to discuss any part of the voting process to others, including their fellow members.

Voting is by secret ballot and is conducted by e-mail. The person with a plurality wins. Who ever is declared the winner is given the full caucus endorsement and the endorsement is made unanimous.
