Description
The political pundits thought that Carrington and Hiatt would be going to the runoff. Frank Jordan, who spent nearly nothing, surprised nearly everyone by placing first. It appears that many Republicans supported Jordan because they confused him with Robert Jordan, who was locked in a tight race in the Democratic Lt. Governor primary.
