The Populist state convention nominated Alonzo C. Shuford for Lt. Governor on 4/25/1900. Shuford withdrew on 7/26/1900.
The Republican state convention on 5/2/1900 nominated O.H. Dockery for Lt. Governor. He was replaced on the ticket on 7/26 with Seawell.
