The Secretary of State's final tally is shown here as the final results.
Wiggins disputed the original tally with House Resolution 9 being drafted seeking to seat her instead of Robert Scott due to the way the Secretary of State counted straight ticket ballots. The House formed a subcommittee which concluded its investigation in April 1995 concluding that her petition be denied. The House voted 242-101 to adopt the subcommittee's report.
