Short Description	Allow Races back to 6000 BC
Long Description	The database only allows dates from 0000 to 9999 (officially only 1000 to 9999, but it seems to be okay back to 0000). By adding 6000 to all years before storing them in the database and subtracting it back out when reading, we can trick it into supporting a range from 6000 BC to 4000 AD. The current date would be stored in the database as '8014-10-10' (Requires full PERL to PHP conversion) The database only allows dates from 0000 to 9999 (officially only 1000 to 9999, but it seems to be okay back to 0000).
