Short Description	Not display races on subpages if no WTS
Long Description	Is there a way to not display a race on a sub-page (like a county for example: [Link] ) if "winner takes seat" isn't checked? That would help reduce the length of such pages if there's a lot of referenda such as Wisconsin or New Jersey added.
