Description | Center-left party launched by ex prime minister Alenka Bratušek (March 2013 to May 5, 2014) on the day of her resignation as prime minister, breaking with her long-time political home, Positive Slovenia (Pozitivna Slovenija, PS; dissolved in 2018). Party began as the Alliance of Alenka Bratušek (Zavezništvo Alenke Bratušek, ZaAB) in 2014, which was dissolved and renamed the Alliance of Social Liberal Democrats on May 21, 2016, and renamed again the "Party of Alenka Bratušek" (Stranka Alenke Bratušek, SAB) in 2017. SAB lost all five of its seats in parliament, including Bratušek's, after elections held on April 24, 2022. Bratušek subsequently joined Robert Golub's Freedom Movement, and dissolved her party on June 27, 2022 [Stranka Alenke Bratušek (SAB)]. |
