Right-wing party launched originally as the Boz Gurd (Grey Wolves). Party was founded by attorney and owner of the "Milletchilik" newspaper, Tufan Karim, and was led by a former Minister of Internal Affairs, Iskander Hamidov (died in 2020). Hamidov called openly for annexation of the Armenian-led Republic of Artsakh and was jailed for 'war-incitement.' The party was shut down along with 27 others in 2023 after a new law came into effect on January 11, 2023 forcing all parties to have at least 5,000 provable members [Milli Demokrat İdrak Partiyası (MDIP)].
