AZER puts emphasis on the issues of old age and disability pensioners, as well as the reforming the tax code. Party proposes the establishment of a State Intervention Office to control the actions of the ruling parties.
Party is chaired by the President of the Confederation of Polish Employers Wojciech Kornowski. Party's candidate for Poland's President in 2019 was Kajetan Pyrzyński.
