Center-left, ethnic Ashkali (i.e., Balkan Egyptians or "Gypsies") party. Ashkalis mainly inhabit Kosovo where they number approximately 26,960 people. Party has its base in Peć, Kosovo's third largest city. Party is led by Kosovo's Minister of Local Government Elbert Krasniqi. Party elected Astrit Shala its chairman on October 29, 2022. Party holds one seat in the Kosovo Assembly [Iniciativa e re Demokrarike e Kosovës (IRDK)].
