Kosovan-Romani (i.e., "Roma" or Muslim-"Gypsy") party. Romani numbered close to 80,000 people before 50,000 were expelled by the Kosovo Liberation Army during the Kosovo War (January 1998 to June 1999) and continue to be a persecuted minority in Kosovo due to perceived Serb alliances. Party was formed and is led by ex MP Albert Kinoli, who held the party's sole seat in the Kosovo Assembly [Partia Rome e Bashkuar e Kosovës (PREBK)]
