Center-right party supporting the protection of Artsakh-Armenian culture in the Republic of Artsakh. Party began as a cultural association called the "Democratic Artsakh Union" founded on April 1, 2000. Party supports establishing full independence for Artsakh. Party is chaired by Artsakh's current National Assembly Speaker and 2020 presidential candidate, Ashot Ghoulyan. Party holds two seats in the Assembly [Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն; Artsakhi Joghovrdavarakan Kusaktsutyun (AJK)].
