On November 22, 2019, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia unified the constituent parties of his Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front coalition into the new Prosperity Party (with the exception of the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF)).
The Executive Committee of the Front agreed to join the Prosperity Party on November 27, 2019 [Link]
