Lopes split from the Social Democrat Party, launching Aliança in 2018 as a comeback vehicle, Party failed to obtain a single seat in any legislative body after elections held on October 6, 2019. Lopes resigned his position on September 26, 2020 and was replaced by Paulo Bento [Partido Aliança (PA)]. |
