DescriptionConservative, royalist party led since December 3, 2013 until July 5, 2021 by the former Minister of Agriculture and Forests, Pema Gyamtsho. Party was the result of a merger of the All People's Party and Druk People's Unity Party in 2007. Party is led by Dorji Wangdi who also assumed the position of "Opposition Leader" on September 7, 2020 [Druk Phuensum Tshogpa (DPT)].
