| Description | Pro-Mugabe, opposition party co-launched by exiled former ZANU-PF members and Mugabe allies Saviour Kasukuwere, Jonathan Moyo and Patrick Zhuwao. The three co-founders were the first to denounce the removal of former strongman Robert Mugabe in November 2017, calling it illegitimate. The co-founders launched the NPF a month after the takeover, seeking to become the new regime's bitterest foe. Party nominated Retired Brigadier Ambrose Mutinhiri in March 2018 as its presidential candidate for the 2018 elections. Party is funded and inspired by former Zimbabwe first lady Grace Mugabe. |
