| Description | Center-right party supporting the unification of Romania and Moldova founded by the ex Mayor of Chișinău (2007-2008), Dorin Chirtoacă. Party was launched as the Party of Reform (Partidul Reformei) in 1993, and changed its name to the Liberal Party (Partidul Liberal) on April 24, 2005. Party joined five other parties to form the Mișcarea Politică Unirea (MPU) on January 15, 2020. New coalition pledged to participate jointly in upcoming legislative, local and presidential elections in Moldova and chose Dorin Chirtoacă as its presidential candidate ahead of elections held on November 1, 2020. |
