DescriptionAlliance of pro-Taliban Islamist parties (deriving inspiration from the Qur'an and Hadith) launched in 2002, allowed to close in 2013, and revived in 2017. The MMA picked up 15 seats after the 2018 National Assembly elections. Party has been led since March 20, 2018 by multiparty leader and fundamentalist Fazal-ur-Rehman (متحدہ مجلس عمل, "United Council of Action").
