| Description | Center-right to Christian-democrat, regionalist party representing Franco-Provençal speakers (or neologism "Arpitan") in the Aosta Valley of Italy. Arpitan is one of the three Gallo-Romance language families. Party held a commanding position in the Aosta Valley's Regional Council until elections held in 1963, and occupied the Valley's governorships for decades. Party is led by Cristina Machet. Party has held seven seats in the 35-seat Regional Council since 2020 [Union Valdôtaine (UV)]. |
