DescriptionElection committee representing the voters of the German minority in Opole Voivodeship (province) and the city of Opole, Silesia. Committee was established by the Social and Cultural Society of Germans in Opole, and was chosen as one of the ethnic-based organizations guaranteed representation in Poland's Sejm.

Committee set up a party called the "Regional Minority with Majority" or "Regionalna. Mniejszość z Większością" (Regionalna, RMW). Party is chaired by the former Marshal of the Opole Voivodeship, Ryszard Galla.
