DescriptionCenter-right party led and launched by the Governor of Azuay province since May 5, 2023, Paúl Carrasco. Carrasco had previously founded two parties, the Juntos Podemos National Movement (MNJP) and the Movimiento Participa - Democracia Radical, which he used as platforms for his attempts at high office. Party holds twelve out of 221 mayorships in Ecuador and announced its support for the independent presidential candidacy of former Izquierda Democrática party member Xavier Hervas Mora in 2023 [RETO, which means CHALLENGE, is an acronym for Movimiento Renovación Total (Total Renewal Movement)].
